Booth Size

This event will be held outdoors. You and your entire booth must fit within the listed space. You are responsible for your entire booth setup. WHITE Canopy is REQUIRED. No electricity provided or wifi.
Shared booth is available. Both makers must apply, and both must be approved in order to share a booth.
Booth fees must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance email, otherwise you forfeit your spot. An invoice will be sent via STRIPE for fee payment. Booth fees are non-refundable for any reason.

If you are planning on bringing anything that you had not mentioned on your application - please let us know. We take into account what each vendor carries when doing our layout. In addition if you decide to share a booth with another vendor without our consent you will not be invited back to our shows. Each vendor who participates must be approved by us.

As the owner, I understand and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Communal LLC, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the events organized or services provided by Creative Communal LLC. This includes but is not limited to claims arising from bodily injury, property damage, or any other losses incurred by clients, attendees, or third parties. I am committed to conducting events with the utmost professionalism and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

By participating in any event with Creative Communal, LLC, vendors acknowledge that they are required to carry their own general liability insurance coverage. Creative Communal, LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or breakage of items during the event, including while setting up or tearing down. Vendors are fully liable for their products, displays, and any incidents that may occur at their booth space.
Proof of insurance coverage may be requested and must be provided upon request.
