I'm a Berkeley-based watercolor artist with an expanding collection of streetscapes, cityscapes, landscapes, and landmarks.
My style is rooted in tradition with a contemporary edge, combining elements of Realism and Impressionism. I’m mainly self-taught, and over the years I’ve developed my own approach to watercolors. I create scenes that viewers can inhabit with their own stories, memories, and daydreams. My paintings are both inspiring and rooted in everyday reality. In addition to fine art prints, my shop is expanding to include “functional art” such as calendars, tote bags, jigsaw puzzles, and more.
