Agreed Insurance Requirement Notice * By participating in any event with Creative Communal, LLC, vendors acknowledge that they are required to carry their own general liability insurance coverage. Creative Communal, LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or breakage of items during the event, including while setting up or tearing down. Vendors are fully liable for their products, displays, and any incidents that may occur at their booth space. Proof of insurance coverage may be requested and must be provided upon request.
