This event will be held outdoors. You and your entire booth must fit within the listed space. You are responsible for your entire booth setup. No electricity provided or wifi. EZ ups are not allowed at this location, we recommend an umbrella for shade.
Shared booth space is not available at this location.
Booth fees must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance email and STRIPE Invoice, otherwise you forfeit your spot. Booth fees are non-refundable for any reason.
Invoice will be sent for your booth fee, please provide us with the best email to send invoice. Payment must be received within 48hours of receiving invoice. Please provide information below.

If you are planning on bringing anything that you had not mentioned on your application - please let us know. We take into account what each vendor carries when doing our layout. In addition if you decide to share a booth with another vendor without our consent you will not be invited back to our shows. Each vendor who participates must be approved by us.
All payments made to Creative Communal are non-refundable for any reason, unless event is completely cancelled by the host.

As the owner, I understand and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Communal LLC, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the events organized or services provided by Creative Communal LLC. This includes but is not limited to claims arising from bodily injury, property damage, or any other losses incurred by clients, attendees, or third parties. I am committed to conducting events with the utmost professionalism and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
