Describe items that will be sold Booth Size * This event will be held outdoors on the Cholla Lawn. You and your entire booth must fit within the listed space. You are responsible for your entire booth setup. No electricity provided or wifi. Shared booth is not available. Booth fees must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance email, otherwise you forfeit your spot. An invoice will be sent via STRIPE for fee payment. In addition if you decide to share a booth with another vendor without our consent you will not be invited back to our shows. Each vendor who participates must be approved by us. Agreed All payments made to Creative Communal are non-refundable for any reason, unless event is completely cancelled by the host. * Understood Indemnification Acknowledgment * As the owner, I understand and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creative Communal LLC, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the events organized or services provided by Creative Communal LLC. This includes but is not limited to claims arising from bodily injury, property damage, or any other losses incurred by clients, attendees, or third parties. I am committed to conducting events with the utmost professionalism and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Agree Insurance Requirement Notice * By participating in any event with Creative Communal, LLC, vendors acknowledge that they are required to carry their own general liability insurance coverage. Creative Communal, LLC is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or breakage of items during the event, including while setting up or tearing down. Vendors are fully liable for their products, displays, and any incidents that may occur at their booth space. Proof of insurance coverage may be requested and must be provided upon request.
